Sacred Space

Sun Rays Icon

Hi, my name is Lillia and I would love to help you create Sacred Space.

As a Psychedelic Facilitator I am here to help guide you through your intentional experience.

Whether your path is a microdosing practice or a macrodosing journey, I help you identify your intentions, give you tools to encounter what arises, and work with you through the integration process.

Intentional psychedelic experiences can be transformative and have lifelong benefits. Finding a supportive and comfortable facilitator is imperative to create a safe and sacred space to encounter yourself on this journey.

I have been on my own intentional inner work journey for the last 15 years, exploring my beliefs, my habits, how I relate to myself and others, being a mother, a partner, an individual, an artist. I believe that my greatest strength in this work is the ability to create a neutral space for my clients to show up and be themselves. I have done the work to find a solid safe space in myself so that I don't bring any of my own "wobble" to your experience. I'm here to support you and help you create sacred space within yourself and your practice.

I specialize in working with women and mothers to help reconnect with themselves as they encounter the world in a safe and supportive environment. I believe that supporting and facilitating women in their personal growth is paramount in the compassionate evolution of our speices. When women thrive, the world thrives.

what is an

Intentional Psychedelic Experience

Psychedelics have been a part of human history for millenia. Arguably, we evolved with them and relied on the wisdom they impart to guide us through life. As we moved away from the ceremonial experience of psychedelics, they became a predominantly recreational substance.

Intentional Psychedelic Experiences are those which are entered into with reverence. By utilizing a therapeutic approach, the journeyer goes into the experience with awareness and tools. Psychedelics have a way of showing us ourselves. With preparation and support, the journeyer is empowered in the experience.

Perhaps most importantly, integration is the act of bringing the psychedelic experience into our everyday lives. It's vital to have support during this process. It is said that integration is a lifelong experience. By initiating and encouraging integration immediately after, and for weeks beyond a journey, the pieces that reveal themselves can be loved and supported so that real, lasting change can occur.

How long should I microdose?

Frequently Asked Questions:

Mushroom Outline cottagecore illustration

Generally microdose protocols can last anywhere from 1-3 months. After that time, a period of integration is recommended before starting the next round. That being said, some people prefer to microdose continually and integrate as they go.

Where do I journey?

Journeys take place in a private residence: yours or a rented space (like AirBnB.) Sacred Space on location space will be available in 2024.

How does a ceremony work?

After our initial consultation and health screening, we have 2 preparation sessions. During these, we will talk about everything that is on your mind about this process. Whether it's fears and concerns, questions, or expectations, we'll get a good sense of where you are. We will especially pay attention to the themes that start to come up as we near the ceremony date. When we have opened the space and intention for ceremony. our subconscious minds will start to bring things to the surface that are important to illuminate.

After we have established your prep work, we choose a date for ceremony. I will come to your home (or rented space) in the morning and prepare your materials. After you initially intake the medicine, we will wait until you start to feel the affects and help to decide if you want to ingest more. Within the first hour or two, it's pretty easy to tell how you will feel and how much you want to partake. When the affects are well established, we'll make our way to a designated area (couch or bedroom) where you can feel ultimately comfortable and safe.

While there are lots of ways to experience psychedelics, the method I utilize is a therapeutic one where you are generally laying down with an eye mask and headphones on, with a pre-determined playlist. The reason for this is that this experience is intended to be deeply internal. When we journey outdoors or around others, the energies of other entities can affect our connection to self. I like to use this therapeutic method because the focus is on you and your experience only.

A journey usually lasts around 6-8 hours, but can go as long as 14! I will stay with you until you have moved through your process and are in the after-glow period. It is highly recommended to stay home and rest after a journey. Do not drive. You will probably want to be quiet, reflect on your experience, and sleep.

The next day, we will have our first integration meeting. You'll have the opportunity to share anything about your journey that feels significant right away. The first integration session can feel like trying to retell a dream, but it's important to bring your experiences to life through speaking and sharing them.

After at least a week, we will have another integration session to talk about any themes that have become clearer and how you plan to keep integrating your journey. It is important to have people that can listen to your experience. I offer expended integration sessions because sometimes we don't have the support of those around us and it's important to be able to share.

If you choose to do another journey, it is recommended to wait at least one month between journeys.

Do I journey alone or with others?

Currently Sacred Space is focused on individual journeys and microdosing mentorship. In the future, on site group work will be available in Western Colorado.

What about a bad trip?

This is a common question. The idea of a "bad" trip is usually an experience that is uncomfortable or challenging.

Discomfort in psychedelic experience is common because you are not in control of what comes up. Letting go of that control in a safe space allows you to confront the less "acceptable" aspects of yourself. The parts of you that you have been repressing are bound to come up for examination during a journey. It's important to understand that this is not intended to be a recreational experience. It is intended to be a transformational one. It's also important to understand that in order to reap the rewards of a psychedelic journey, there is a lot of work to do. It's even said that the journey is just the beginning and the work of integration is a lifelong process.

These challenging experiences will stretch you out of your comfort zone and provide you the opportunity to face your inner work. In doing so, you become a better, more capable version of yourself with the ability to resource from within.

This is why it is important to do the work of preparation and integration and to have a safe and comfortable facilitator present during your journey. The facilitator's job is to hold the sacred space that has been created, free from judgement, so that you can move through the uncomfortable experiences knowing that you are not alone, the discomfort is temporary, and you are capable and strong.

What psychedelics do you use with clients?

My favorite psychedelic plant medicine is psylocybin, aka magic mushrooms. Clients may prefer to source their own material, I recommend sticking with Psylocibe Cubensis, which comes in many varieties. There are lots of reputable sources online as well as plenty of local sources available.
